Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t completed more than one module. Every track counts, including the Build & Ship bonus track, and a module counts as completed when you pass its quiz. After 14 days, or once you’ve completed a second module, the purchase is final.

If you bought before 9 October 2026, the refund rule that applied when you bought still applies.

Send one email to hello@arclab.systems from your account address. You don’t need to give a reason, and there’s no form to fill in.

We acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours. The refund goes back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Workspace access ends when the refund is issued. Your account stays, so you can buy access again later if you want to.
