Getting into your workspace after you pay.
I paid, but my workspace is still locked.
Payments usually confirm within a minute. If your workspace hasn’t unlocked after 15 minutes, email hello@arclab.systems from the address you paid with and we’ll unlock it by hand.
How do I open my workspace?
Sign in, then choose “Open workspace” on your account page or in the account menu.
The workspace says my session expired.
Sign out and sign in again. That refreshes it for this site and the workspace.
Price, receipts and refunds.
Is this a subscription?
No. It’s one payment for lifetime access, including modules added later.
What does “founding price” mean?
The first 100 buyers pay $29. After that the price is $49. Everyone who buys gets the same lifetime access; founding members just pay less.
How do refunds work?
14-day refund, as long as you haven’t completed more than one module. Email hello@arclab.systems from your account address and we refund the full price.
Where is my receipt?
Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, emails it to the address you paid with. Check spam, or ask us to resend it.
What’s inside and the order modules open in.
What do I get?
All 35 modules in 7 tracks, plus the 9-module Build & Ship bonus track. Every module ends with a spec for your own app, the prompt to hand it to your AI, and a checklist to check the result. One payment, lifetime access, including modules added later.
Is this a tool or something I read?
Something you read and work through. There is nothing to install. You read a module, choose what to build in a scenario, write a spec for your own app with the module’s guidance, and hand it to your AI. Each module ends with a short quiz.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Your AI writes the code. You should have built at least one app with an AI tool and be comfortable reading short code examples. ArcLab is not for someone who has never built anything.
Do I have to go in order?
Yes. Start with Systems Foundations. Finishing it opens the other tracks, and Integrated Systems opens once Graph, Contract and Loop Engineering are done. Inside every track, including the Build & Ship bonus track, passing a module’s quiz opens the next one, so each spec builds on the last.
Password, email and deleting your data.
How do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page, or “Email me a reset link” on your account page. Signed up with Google or GitHub? You don’t have a password; use the same button to sign in.
Can I change the email on my account?
Not from the site yet. Email hello@arclab.systems from your current address with the new one, and we’ll move everything over.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@arclab.systems from your account address. We delete your profile and progress; Lemon Squeezy keeps payment records for as long as tax law requires.
